List- What are the parts of a fitness plan? 3. Describe- Describe what you need to do in order to warm up before physical activity. Thinking Critically 4. Analyze- Calvin would like to bowl as a fitness activity. How can he determine whether this activity will provide fitness benefits? 5. Apply- Dana plans to swim to achieve fitness. She claims that because you stretch during swimming, there is no need to cool down. How would you respond? |
